This notice covers exactly what this website collects today. It is a standard, plain-language privacy notice and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel — treat it as provisional until HeyPlant confirms final wording, particularly for GDPR compliance given our international school and museum audience.

What we collect

When you use the Book a Demo form or request a resource, we collect what you type in: your name, role, organization, country, the programmes you offer, and anything you tell us in the free-text field. We don't currently collect payment information or account credentials anywhere on this site.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your request — to schedule a demo, send the resource you asked for, or answer your question. We don't sell or rent this information to third parties.

Third-party services

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may log standard request data (like your IP address) when your browser fetches them. We don't currently run analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep demo and resource requests for as long as we're in contact with you about them, or until you ask us to delete them.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — write to hello@hey-plant.com.
